Sungy Mobile Bought GetJar with front payment of $ 5.3 Million

Chinese Droid - Chinese Android App Company, Sungy Mobile has bought one of popular App Store "GetJar". It was confirmed on Feb 13, 2014 that Sungy Mobile has send payment to GetJar as much as $5.3 million in cash up-front and will give 1,443,074 in shares.

 This will make a great contribution for both. As we can see, Sungy Mobile is one of biggest Mobile App company from China. And many of their App is well known and become pre-installed for many Android Phones. Some of them are the Go series, such us Go Launcher, Go SMS, Go Weather, Go Locker and their best browser for android "Next Browser".

And GetJar it self was become the most alternative place for people to get App. It's already have many down-loaders and members.

GetJar is the biggest open appstore in the world, currently listing 806143+ apps with more than 3M downloads per day.

 Of course, this step will gain the Sungy Mobile App products to expand not only on Google Play Store but also featured on GetJar.

Analyst still waiting for this firm action in acquiring GetJar to their business line, especially with a considerable price for a starter App Store. However, this could have good implications, considering the first which Baidu has also purchased 91 Mobile for $ 1.9 billion on August 2013.

But as for now, this china based company IPO (NASDAQ:GOMO) has made a great impact to the market share, which was closed in good point = $21.06 on Tuesday Closing trade.
